Bergen County Players Proof Contest Rules

1. HOW TO ENTER:

To qualify simply register online using the registration form above.

A special promotion code is required to register.

• Codes are distributed nightly to all "Proof" ticket holders at the Little Firehouse Theatre, 298 Kinderkamack Road, Oradell, N.J. from May 6 through May 27.

• Entries will be entered into a random drawing to win one 4GB Apple iPod nano.

• One entry per household allowed over the full contest period.

• Winners will be mailed their prize by June 30, 2006.

• Bergen County Players will not be responsible for technical or human errors in transmission or receipt of telephone calls, email or any other type of communication.

• Entries void if defective or obtained outside authorized channels.

• By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with the official rules including eligibility requirements.

A random drawing will be held from among all eligible entries (those that answer the mathematical proof correctly). Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winners agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the Bergen County Players are final and binding. Grand Prize Winner must acknowledge prize announcement either via the email address or telephone number provided on the entry form in order to receive prize.

3. PRIZES:

• One (1) winner will receive:

  • A 4GB Apple iPod nano and

  • Two tickets to the opening night performance of the 2006-07 season on Saturday, September 9, 2006

• Runners-up will receive:

  • A Bergen County Players T-Shirt or

  • A Bergen County Players Keychain

4. CONDITIONS:

Entrants release the Bergen County Players, their directors, officers, and all others associated with the development and execution of the program, from and against any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this contest and the awarding and use of the prize, including liability for personal injury.

5. ELIGIBILITY. Contest open to anyone age 14 or older who attends a performance of Proof between May 6 and May 27, 2006. Members of the Bergen County Players are ineligible. Subject to all laws and regulations and void where prohibited or restricted by law. Contest ends May 27, 2006.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION. The name of the winner will be posted at BCP's Contest Site. To obtain a printed copy of the name of the winner or a copy of the Official Rules by mail, send the applicable request and a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to: Bergen County Players, 298 Kinderkamack Road, Oradell, N.J. 07649 Attn: Win an iPod® Nano Contest Rules.  Requests must be received no later than six months following the end date of the Contest.  Winner agrees to make his/her name and likeness available to BCP for publicity purposes.
