 PorkPork is very commonly used for low and slow cooking. It has a lot of flavor, and accepts smoke very well. Pulled pork, is actually a pretty forgiving meal, and great with some beans and cole slaw. And of course, almost everyone I know enjoys some great ribs. Take a look at the pages, and enjoy.
